5 Facts for you to understand to lower your blood pressure
1. There is no money for the health care industry to go after the root causes of your high blood pressure. They make money on continual visits, surgeries, never-ending prescriptions of drugs and tests.
2. There are several combinations of micro-nutrients that can clean out the arteries of plaque. These were proven in studies done during the 1950′s and 1960′s, and sadly never followed up on, as the micro-nutrients are not patentable. I only discovered them after hearing rumors about these studies, then pulling the scientific papers myself and reading them cover to cover. I tell you what the combinations are and the amounts of the micro-nutrients that you need to take.
3. 100 years ago heart attacks were so rare that it made medical journals when someone had a heart attack. Think about that. As a society we have made a number of changes that have had a profoundly negative impact on the population’s health. I explain what you need to do to get back to that period. Some of the answers will surprise even avid readers on health.
4. Diet and exercise are not the panacea that they are widely considered to be. In Sweden people are much more active and have a much lower Body Mass Index, yet actually dying of heart attacks more often than Americans.
5. The genetic/natural argument for blood pressure is nonsense. The medical community brings out the argument that it is in your genetics, you are one of the unfortunate ones, and the only option is drugs and eventually surgeries. The reality with evolution is genetic mutations that lead to serious health problems are rare.
30% of adult Americans are already diagnosed as having high blood pressure. If it was 0.3% of the population I could understand the argument, as some genetic health problems are up to that probability. But 30% is 100 times that level. The real cause is specific industrially manufactured foods that are clogging arteries, and certain micro-nutrient deficiencies that are widespread.
If you want to reduce high blood pressure you need to clean the plaque out of the arteries. With the plaque out of the arteries and the artery walls decalcified to their natural supple state, the body can modulate blood pressure to an ideal level by itself.
With plaque clogging up the arteries, and the inflamed artery walls calcified and rigid, the body has to push blood through at a high pressure in order to feed oxygen to the cells, even as that causes long term damage to the organism.
In someone with accumulating plaque, eventually somewhere in the body an artery will become completely clogged with the plaque. At that point no more blood can get through, and then the person is looking at really serious problems. If that clog occurs in the legs, it is peripheral artery disease. If it occurs in the arteries leading to the heart, it is a heart attack. If the clog occurs in the brain, it is a stroke.
If you have been diagnosed with rising blood pressure, all throughout your body the plaque is building up. When I figured out that simple fact, I realized the imperative of finding ways of cleaning that plaque out.
When I began researching I did not know if it was even possible to unclog the arteries and decalcify the artery walls. From reading the official medical and governmental sites it seemed hopeless. But as I began researching in great depth, I began to find scientific studies which showed actual reversal of plaque. That encouraged me to really go deep, going back even to 1950’s scientific journals and journals from other nations, finding yet more knowledge.
So let me guess, this means doing a huge amount of exercise and dieting?
Before I started researching the disease in extreme depth, I assumed that would be true. But in Scandinavia, where the population is far more active and has a far lower Body Mass Index than America, the people are actually dying at a higher rate of heart disease than in America.
I have also researched and found in many nations skyrocketing levels of heart disease when they switched to the plaque causing foods, and reduced or nearly stopped the intake of several key vitamins and minerals that the body uses to clean plaque out of the arteries and repair the artery walls.
But I have to completely change my diet to reduce my high blood pressure?
There are a few foods that you have to stop eating. Luckily they are completely replaceable by alternatives. The vast majority of your diet will be the same. I’m not someone saying stop eating carbs or stop eating fat for example.
What happened is that, with the advent of industrialized agriculture and industrialized food processing, our bodies cannot properly process some of these manufactured foods. Some of these manufactured foods end up getting through the digestive system and into our cardiovascular system and clogging things up.
But heart disease runs in my family…
One of the fascinating points that I learned on my journey is that 100 years ago heart disease was so rare in America that it made medical journals when someone had a heart attack. Today 1 million people a year are dying of heart disease related conditions. There are other nations like Israel where heart disease was rare into the 60′s and 70′s, then exploded in the past few decades.
In America today, an astonishing 30% of the adult population has been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Maybe it runs in your family, but it seems to run in almost half of families, which seems highly suspicious.
What is probably true is that for the 70% of adults who do not have high blood pressure, their genetics make them more resistant to the dietary changes our society has gone through.
You mentioned vitamins and minerals. Will I be taking a pill box full a day?
It took me a long time researching and thinking and experimenting to get the right dosages and combinations. When I made the final refined protocol it involved taking four different pills a day for three months.
I chose to buy the vitamins and minerals from a national-brand pharmacy chain because I can trust that what they say is in there, is in there. I recommend that you do the same. For the four mixtures that I bought, a 90 day supply cost $7.50 each, for a total of $30. (You can see why the medical industry is not jumping at the results of these studies.)
After the 90 days I sort of forgot about taking them, because I felt great. Not being tired all the time, as my body was so strained. And when I took my blood pressure readings they had come down into the healthy range.
You see this in young people they go out drinking, drink too much, don’t sleep enough, eat junk food, and still feel great. That is because once you get your organism into a healthy state, it is forgiving. Once your arteries are cleaned out and you have supple healthy artery walls, you do not need to be perfect all the time.
I probably should stay on the protocol all the time, but I am lazy like everyone else! Once I am feeling healthy I don’t think about it.
Dear Douglas. Last week I bought your guide and started taking the vitamins and minerals you said the next day. Already I can feel the difference, I am brighter, more energy, pressure feels taken off my heart. This weekend I used your methods for getting a good average blood pressure measure and my blood pressure and it was down 8 points already…
I just wish I had learned these secrets years ago… Kenneth Burke
Good day to you Douglas. Last June I was very fearful for my life. I had been having great chest pains and was referred to a cardiologist. The cardiologist ordered heart and coronary x-rays. He said that my right coronary artery was 72% blocked. The Dr. informed me that before long I would need a medical stent placed, or else I would eventually have a heart attack.
I found your program online and started it…about 6 months later I was back at the cardiologist and he ordered the x-rays again. This time the test revealed that the artery was only 5% blocked..
How do you measure your blood pressure so that you can track your progress as you implement my program?
Hi Douglas. I first realized I had high blood pressure when my nose started bleeding. I work in customer service and almost every day my nose would just seem to burst and blood pouring out. It was embarrassing and then when I got it stopped I would be so scared that it would start bleeding again when I was helping a customer.
A friend of mine told me about bleeding noses and high blood pressure. I found out my blood pressure was sky high, at over 170. And learning that put my blood pressure up about 10 points. I was searching the internet and found your guide and bought it on a whim.
It has now been a month and my blood pressure is below 150. And the nosebleeds have stopped!
My mum was suffering from severe angina pain and breathlessness…
Now 6 months later she has no angina pain and no breathlessness. She seems to be doing really well. We think her arteries are unblocked now!!
Heart Disease is everywhere in my family history. My father died at 62, grandfather at 66, uncle at 57, and my cousin at 49. My blood pressure was 185/115 and I was not doing well. This guide changed my life, The Maps Anaerobic Test states that I have now the circulation of my blood of a 17 year old… I am thrilled! -Jim Burning
I suffered with a disease called Peripheral Artery Disease. My vein through the brain was clogging. Some of my arteries in the heart and legs were blocked with fatty substance. I had a problem from the head, through the heart down to my feet. I was exhausted, felt weak. My legs would go numb if I sat in one place too long. My hands were starting to go numb too.
Now that is all gone. First I noticed that I was numb less often. Then I noticed I had more energy. I was praying that I would keep gaining energy back. Now I come home from work to go for walks with my wife. -anonymous.
