Is it possible to repair the long term damage to the artery walls? – Yes it is
The reason plaque starts building up in the arteries is because of damage to the artery walls. And then the body not properly repairing that damage. The damage can originate in a variety of forms. It can be from the vicious circle aspects of high blood pressure. Sustained very elevated blood pressure causes micro damage to the artery walls. And if this is not repaired properly by the body it creates the base for a plaque formation. Then as that plaque formation grows it causes morbidity and eventually mortality.
A body saturated by the right nutrients and in the right balances will repair the damage properly and thus you will not have to worry about minor damage leading to serious damage. In my guide I lay out exactly what those nutrients are and the amounts you need to take.
Another way that the walls are damage, and this way can in conjuction with the mechanical damage I just mentioned, is through inflamation. The lifestyles and balances of foods we eat in the Western World often lead to the person being in an inflamed state. So the immune system cells go in and over react. My analogy is an airforce using surgical precision ‘smart bomds’ and going after the ‘bad guys’. Versus the airforce being all riled up and just carpet bombing the area. Over many years this inflamation causes serious damage. And the immune systems themselves end up getting mixed in with cholesterol and proteins in the plaque formations.
A fascinating discovery in recent years is that the statins that work, work not by lowering the ‘bad’ cholesterol but instead by lowering the inflamation in the arteries. This was proven as some compounds were found that had an equal lowering effect on the bad cholesterol but had no lowering of heart attacks. This caused further investigation and a questioning of the bad cholesterol theory. Looking at the markers of inflammation the researchers found that certain statins were causing a reduction in those markers.
Part of the attack of my program is to broadly lower the inflammation in the body. A lot of that inflammation results from nutritional deficiencies caused by our industrial farming. And others result from hormonal imbalances that can be corrected once you know how to do it.
But even with inflammation if you saturate the body with the right nutrients the body wants to properly repair the artery walls. The body does nto want to have calcified artery walls and clumps of plaque forming in the arteries.
You see it is bad enough that this damage to the artery walls seen in hypertensive patients and in most of the general population to a lesser degree, spawns the growth of plaque, but in addition the improperly repaired artery walls are stiff, calcified formations. Instead of the nice flexible healthy artery walls. The body loses a lot of its ability to regulate blood pressure, when it has these stiff walls, instead of nice responsive, healthy walls.
When you go in and cure that, even if the person still has other issues like is still quite overweight, still not great lifestyle habits.. the body can adjust to a great degree and keep the system in a state of normal or only slightly elevated blood pressure. Of course like with the inflammation you might as well fix the other issues too, I am just pointing out that the body is forgiving once you get it into a healthy state. The virtuous circle I talk about in another article.
Aging and the deterioration of the circulatory system, can it be stopped or even reversed?
How do you measure your blood pressure so that you can track your progress as you implement my program?
Does Cholesterol Really Cause Heart Disease? -A very important Question
I invite you to join the mailing list I have. Every two weeks I send out some interesting information on high blood pressure. I will never sell or share your email address with anyone. I also do not believe in spam so keep the emails to one email every two weeks.
I also of course invite you to order the entire program I created for yourself. There is no time like the present to start curing yourself of this condition.
