Dear Douglas. Last week I bought your guide and started taking the vitamins and minerals you said the next day. Already I can feel the difference, I am brighter, more energy, pressure feels taken off my heart. This weekend I used your methods for getting a good average blood pressure measure and my blood pressure and it was down 8 points already…

I just wish I had learned these secrets years ago… Kenneth Burke

Hi Kenneth. I felt the same as you, I wish I had this knowledge years before. All we can do is move forward. 8 points is substantial, I know just 10 points lowering dramatically lowers your risk of having a heart attack in studies that I have read. Progress often happens that quickly. -Douglas

My name is Sara Wright. In my profession I worked in the administration for the local county. I was looking so forward to my retirement at the age of just 55 – I started at 22 – which I finally did make 2 years ago. Much to my dismay my health had been detiorating for several years before my retirement. I had hypertension, weight gain and was feeling depressed. I was not enjoying my retirement that I had worked so long for. My health was getting worse before I read your guide.

Now a year later it is a different – and uplifting – story. I have lost all of that extra weight I gained over the years. My hypertension is gone. Now I can easily go for walks and even hikes with my friends. We are planning a hiking trip in Thailand! My friends are making comments about how healthy I look and how good my skin looks. I wish I had known these things years ago. X0X0 Sara.

X0X0 Sara. Your friends might want to buy the guide too!:) How you look is mainly about how healthy you are. A vibrantly healthy person, is likely to have healthy skin, nails, hair, teeth and so on. It is like I said to Vicki, the lady who no longer needs glasses, when you truly nourish the body and heal the circulatory system that same nourishment will heal the body in general. And of course it has synergestic effects, a healthy circulatory system more easily provides nutrients, oxygen and whatever else cells need across the body. A healthy group of people who go for a hiking vacation in Thailand, that in and of itself will make you healthier. A virtuous circle compared to a viscious circle. -Douglas

Dear Douglas,

I started on your diet plan) 2 months ago. Since I started your plan I am never hungry.

So far I have lost 28 pounds, my blood pressure is dropping like a stone.

William – Leeds

Thanks William. 28 pounds is massive, especially if it is mainly fat. That is about 4 gallons worth of fat gone from your body! Once you find the true path for the dieting and what minerals and vitamins you need to take and in what quantity, the body self-regulates itself. You simply will not be hungry until the body reaches a healthy body weight. The first week on my plan you will know it is the truth, and it is pretty easy to stay on a diet plan when you are not hungry. It also makes it easy to stay on it when you know deep down it is working. -Douglas

Is it possible to actually clear out the arterial plaque? – Yes it is

High Blood Pressure vicious circle, can you get out??..

Good day to you Douglas. Last June I was very fearful for my life. I had been having great chest pains and was referred to a cardiologist. The cardiologist ordered heart and coronary x-rays. He said that my right coronary artery was 72% blocked. The dr. informed me that before long I would need a medical stent placed, or else I would eventually have a heart attack.

I found your program online and started it…about 6 months later I was back at the cardiologist and he ordered the x-rays again. This time the test revealed that the artery was only 5% blocked..

-Ron R.

Hi Ron. That is great news! I am constantly amazed at the body’s ability to heal and rejuvinate itself when you supply all the nutrients needed. -Douglas

Hi Douglas. I first realized I had high blood pressure when my nose started bleeding. I work in customer service and almost every day my nose would just seem to burst and blood pouring out. It was embarrassing and then when I got it stopped I would be so scared that it would start bleeding again when I was helping a customer.

A friend of mine told me about bleeding noses and high blood pressure. I found out my blood pressure was sky high, at over 170. And learning that put my blood pressure up about 10 points. I was searching the internet and found your guide and bought it on a whim. Within one week my nose bleeds stopped.

After a month my blood pressure was below 150. Now half a year later I have normal blood pressure. Todd Martin.

Thanks for writing to me Todd. I remember emailing you back and forth when you first started. If I remember you are a young man, it shows how devastating our modern lifestyle is to our bodies. Fear is a powerful motivator. You not only went out and searched for an answer but then took a chance; because you had to. -Douglas

Why does the health industry just treat symptoms instead of curing the problem?

Does Cholesterol Really Cause Heart Disease? -A very important Question

I am a 51 year old woman and my blood pressure kept going up. I had been thin my whole life, but I started gaining weight in my late 40′s. And was finding it harder to lose than when I was younger. Each year it seemed my blood pressure would go up another 5 points. When I bought the guide my upper blood pressure was reading 150-160 each time. My doctor recommended I go on two drugs. I was too scared because I had terrible time with perscription drugs in my life. If there was horrible side effects listed on the package I was sure to get them. Now after 4 months following what you said my blood pressure is in the 120′s and the bottom number is in the 70′s. All I knew before I bought your guide was that garlic lowered blood pressure. Warm regards from Patricia.

Thank you for telling me your story Patricia. You not only stopped the increasing blood pressure.. you got it all the way down to a healthy level. And without drugs. I feel most of the time long term use of drugs is just treating symptoms but not dealing with the underlying problems. There are exceptions, like people with genetic problems, however logically like 33% of the population should not have genetic problems relating to their circulatory system. -Douglas

My husband was suffering from terrible high blood pressure. His condition became so bad that he could not do any physical activity. He would feel pain in his chest and could not go on. For years we had been going to different doctors and naturopaths and trying one remedy after another. Some seemed to help a little bit, yet his pain kept getting worse over the years. I felt sorry for him and so scared that i was going to lose my husband. He is only in his mid 60′s! I purchased your guide and we both started following the guide to the letter.

He slowly started gaining strength in his heart back. And we were able to go for short walks. Then we started going for longer and longer walks. I did not think a person in his mid 60′s could heal like that. It has been a year and a half and now he is living an active life as a retired person. We can actually go out and enjoy the beautiful city we retired in..

The best part of the guide is how many solutions you write about and to put them all together. Two of the remedies we had actually tried earlier, but by themselves they only helped for a short time. Judith and Herald.

Hi Judith. It took courage for you to try something new, and to commit to doing it all the way. On some level a person, or in this case a couple, has to be ready to accept the truth.

A big problem I see in medicine is the idea that one thing is the cure all for a condition. Sometimes it is that simple. Changing just one thing, alleviates the problem and the body heals itself. So often healers believe ‘X’ is the cure to all problems. But often it is a number of things that are missing or damaging. Especially in our modern world where our lives are a million miles away from the natural world that we have evolved to live and thrive in. -Douglas

Hello Douglas. When I started on your instructions I was taking two blood pressure medicines. After a few weeks I was feeling so much better that I wanted to go off the medicines. My family doctor said that instead I should reduce the amount of each one bit by bit. So I came off the first medicine over 3 months, and then I came off the second medicine bit by bit the same way. Today I do not take any medicines for blood pressure, no more side effects from them! -Anne M., Montreal

Hi Anne. Congratulations on your progress. Your doctor did the right thing. You wean off of one perscription by gradually lowering the dosage. And the doctor monitors the patient to see how they are responding to the lower dosage. And then you start on the next perscription, gradually lowering the dosage until you are not taking any. I get a lot of questions from customers who have made substantial progress on whether they should stop taking their hypertension perscription(s) and how to do it. At some point I should update the guide with a section on how to wean off of medications. Right now I tell people to talk to their doctor and work with their doctor to gradually come off. -Douglas

Hi Douglas. My name is Cari. I am a 29 year old woman living in Virginia. So far I have been using your program for 2 months and I have lost 25 pounds of weight and my blood pressure is down 20 points! But I still have to lose 90 pounds of weight to get to my goal of 130 pounds. How long do you think it will take me?

Hi Cari. Good work on your progress so far. Once you get the right mix of nutrients the body stops being hungry and the extra weight just falls off. I think the remaining 90 pounds you have to lose will be gone within a year. You have already done the hardest part which is transitioning to the new lifestyle. Now it is just auto-pilot and your body will take care of the rest. -Douglas
